Legality of nude photos outdoors?

topic posted Mon, September 25, 2006 - 5:34 PM by  Unsubscribed
I have taken a number of pictures of my wife and she of me outdoors naked. My question, how does one do so legally. I am guessing doing so would normally be considered indesent exposure. If I wanted to actually take a series of photos outdoors in a natural setting, is there a way to do so legally without worrying about someone showing? Just curious. Thanks.

I wouldnt think it would pose a problem, depending on the setting of course, if the photos were more artistic and natural, rather then sexual.I think some people can be shocked at seeing a naked person out side, but the shock wears off quickly.
To me its the only natural way to be... Naked.

Find a clothing optional beach or a naturalist (Read Nudist) club, go for long hikes along a river or in a forest. Its not like you are standing in front of Piccadilly Circus where it will take the police 30 seconds to get there. The most important thing is to use some imagination and always be ready to quickly strip off snap a photo and get dressed again, even in Piccadilly Circus. With the right amount of planning the picture can be taken and you are away from there in 20 seconds.

clothing optional beachs work will. You can see people coming from far away before thay can see what you are doing. I have used these places before. But as for Nudist clubs, All 5 I have been to all say no cameras allowed.

( side note,.. I was at one texas nudist club at night and a great lighting storm come in, Oh how I wished to grab my cameras and start to use up some of my film,. but I was not willing to take the chance of getting kick out)

Taking good nude photos of someone is just like taking any other type of photo. Planning is very important. With out planning you may end up with just some photo of some person naked. Without any sine of Professionalism.

In nearly all of my nude photos I was naked about 10 ~ 30 min. planning and poseing and reposing the shot. So Nearly all of my nudes I'm at the far coroners of some state parks or at a hard to reach locations available only to off road vehicles. And Here at these places I can take my time as long as I like with out other people walking up on me.

If you Just make share you are at a true remote location and no one can pop up suddenly. Than you can forget about the Legality
